Anyhow, I wasn't online for the whole weekend. My dad's here, and because he is, we get home late everytime we're out. It's wrong timing, really. When I do want to go out, I can't. When I don't, my dad's here. So today, (it's a holiday here. :) when I was asked by my mum if I wanted to come, I was, no. I want to rest. So goes my alibi. Haha. xD

Besides, I encountered a really big problem earlier, before coming online. You see, my comp has a UPS, which functions as a kind of data saver. When the power goes out, my comp doesn't immediately shut down. It lets me save all my work first, then it conks out. So it's pretty useful. Until a few a hours ago. I was on schedule, y'know. From waking hour until that fateful second. The moment I pressed the button on the UPS to turn on my comp, it started beeping like crazy, so I harriedly pressed the button again. My eyes were wide, and I yelled. I was really distraught-- my comp sorta like my lighthouse; it's my saving grace whenever I feel I'm about to sink. And when I see it, I get hope again. (HAHA xD) So when I couldn't turn on the comp, I was like, NOOOO~ My aunt even snapped at me for being so melodramatic.

But if you were in my position, I'm sure you would understand.

So anyway, my mum told me to wait for my dad. And when my dad did come home, he was like, "Oh. It's low on batteries, that's why," I look at him blankly. And then he proceeded to take the thing from the comp, disconnecting a lot of cables, and then he and my mum promptly left, taking the UPS with them, presumably to look for more furniture, and to change the UPS' batteries.

So now I'm hoping that it doesn't suddenly black out here. xDD
