Man it's been a hectic week
Saturday, October 30, 2010 / 12:36 AM

LMAO for the fandom anyway. My school and personal life has been relatively quiet, though not exactly calm but w/e :))

First off, Jonghyun's apparently dating Shin Sekyung, but for me it wasn't because of the stars involved, but more of the supposed fact that they're dating and their companies allowed it. Especially Jonghyun's. SM isn't a company likely to disclose such relations, so it makes go all shifty-eyed.

Second, no more injunction against JYJ! :D Go JYJ bbs, go!

Third, hello finally Sunjoon and Yoonhee got togethurrrr :)) Now if only Yongha and Jaeshin would follow their lead........... lmao jk I want Yongha to myself kthxbye

Fourth, KIM JAEJOONG, KIM JUNSU AND PARK YOOCHUN HAVE TWITTER. TWITTER. OHMYGAHD. This has been like, the closest I've ever been to them ;; brb sobbing, lmao.

AND I GOT MY JYJ ALBUM TODAY! :D Although no poster yet, idk why, but it says in the receipt included there was no poster in tube yet :))

The packaging is srsly amajing ;; I was like, are you serious, this is the whole thing. Because it's like...... yeah I'll just show you some pictures, although these are shit-ass quality since it's almost 1am here as I'm typing this =))

Hello t-shirt that's surely too small for me, lmao, and awesome amajing unbelievable packaging! *0*

So this is what greets you when you open it - the CD. I was like, gurl where is my photobook and photocards and IDK what else =)) But then you see that little triangle? Yeah you poke your hand through that, lift it up and poof~~~

It's the photobook! With gorgeous flawless amazing pictures in it *0* I've only 2 hands, and as much as I wanted to take pictures of every single thing that's in it, I can only do so much (eg. point with one hand, focus with another, and shoot. Extra challenging if you need to hold down a page, lmao) but I tell you scans do not do this thing justice, foreals.

And at the back there's a card that indicates your number of the copy. I think. Because I read somewhere that the special/limited edition albums are numbered =)) So that's my number.

And then as I'm taking this out, lo and behold, THERE'S ANOTHER PACKET UNDERNEATH IT. AND IT'S THE ONE WITH THE HOTDAMNED PHOTOCARDS. They're a bit bigger than half an A4-sized paper, and it's really thick, like card. As in they're trufax photocards =)) THERE WERE 5 FOR EACH MEMBER ;; (imagining my reaction with all 5 of them and I'm like ohmygahd I'd just die you know? lmao) and one for the ~group~ or ~trio~ YEAH WHATEVER, FOR ~THEM~ =))

Sorry for teh fail!photos, light was bad and I was doing my best not to move while I was taking the photo =))

Now I'm just waiting for the poster (:

Frankly I'm surprised it reached me this quick. I mean, I think it just got shipped this Monday and then wow it's already here? I suppose since it's pre-ordered it's quicker, but still -- less than a week. That is fast (: The only other thing I've received faster than this was the AADBSK3 Preview Photobook, which I ordered from HMV.

Anyway, lmao, til next time~~ XD

Laguna, Laguna
Wednesday, October 20, 2010 / 6:06 PM

Oho I've been going on about this trip for a long time in my Twitter, since I was essited and I wanted to de-stress and just generally hang out with friends. We were shaved down to around 13-15, since people canceled, or got sick or got their permissions revoked, so yeah D:

But nonetheless, it was fun. Really fun. It was nice to be by ourselves, no adults or anything, and just be lazy bums that basically eat-slept-swam-karaoke'd all day and night.

We had a bit of transpo problems, but it got sorted out in the end :D Also, we were sort of anxious about getting caught in the storm while we were there, but whatever.

LMAO random, but I find it amusing how we manage to act and ~sing~ drunk when we haven't even been near alcohol the whole time we were there :))

Nikki was shrieking and screaming the entire time she was on this raft, lol. Jona remarked that if it had not been for my iPod playing JYJ's The Beginning (to which she also said that "their Eng(r)lish is decent enough" hoh so nice) the only thing you'd be hearing was Nikki's cries of "get me down from here!!"

Brownout!
On our second evening, we had a brownout :)) We were having our merienda (IKR merienda at 6pm lmao but good thing, since we wouldn't be eating dinner til around 1am XDD) when the lights went out.

And lmao, bonus picture of my Tumblr, because DBSK is and always will be fucking relevant, thanks very much.

So yeap, it was a good, good weekend~~

Always keep the faith
Thursday, October 14, 2010 / 9:51 AM

Hi, two posts in one day? :)))

Lawsuit. It's a word that leaves a bitter taste in my mouth whenever I say it out loud. Mentally, I'd think it was okay, you know, you're used to it. But when someone asks me, I can't help but blurt it out with bitterness.

It's divided DBSK into 2, and frankly, the fans as well. JYJ and HoMin. I don't like seeing that. Does there really have to be a divide? Do you really have to choose between the two? Do you have to choose which side to support -- if there even is a side? Can't you just support JYJ and HoMin? After all, DBSK is (not was bitches!!! LEARN YOUR TENSES) made up of Jaejoong, Yunho, Yoochun, Junsu and Changmin.

I fell into this fandom not because of the name DBSK, but because of the five people that made it what is. I'm not abandoning my fandom; heck it's one of the last things I'd do, even though I've told myself to quit since it causes more heartache than I ever thought it would.

The thing is, I choose to support JYJ because I like to see them sing. I like to see them do what they want to do. I'd rather see them sing than let it go to waste and fade into obscurity because of a lawsuit. Does this mean I don't support HoMin? No, I support them just as much. The problem is, what opportunity do I, we, get to show our support? None. Except for the SMTown concert, the dramas and the modeling stints, there are no other venues for us fans to show the support. If HoMin were to release an album, yes, I'd buy that too. Why? Because they're part of DBSK. Because I support them just as much as JYJ.

I don't get where people say "we choose a side when we buy the album" or stuff like that. Is it bad to support them?

I've learned to ignore it when people say to give up, because DBSK's disbanded or whatever, but I just can't let it go when people say I choose one side over the other, because that isn't true. I don't get why people have to be so adamant on "choosing a side", when it doesn't have to be that way.

JYJ, fighting!
HoMin, fighting!
TVXQ, fighting!

What I'm trying to say is, you should be my girl
/ 9:23 AM

JYJ's album is out! ^^ Haters gonna hate, but I personally like it. My favorite track is Be My Girl -- it's R&B, one of my favorite music genres, I like the lyrics, and it shows off Jaechunsu's vocals :>

The English could be better, definitely, but for people who have hardly ever tried to speak it before, it's good. I understand it, which is always a good thing.

I received an e-mail from YesAsia yesterday, saying the shipping out date of my JYJ Special Edition package was moved to October 25 for international retailers =____=; It was moved to October 18 for the Korean retailers. At this rate, I'll be receiving it around November. I was hoping that when we come back from Laguna next week, I'll have it on my doorstep, lol.

Unfortunately SM Entertainment pulled another one out of its bag of dirty tricks :/

Plus the previously 3 posters was reduced to one -- instead of 3 individual posters, they've condensed it into 1. Okay it was free, apparently, something I wasn't aware of, but seriously, for $69.99 we should get at least 3 =_______=; Meh at least we still get to have a poster. I'd go even more batshit if they decided to scrap it altogether (: *positive, happy thoughts Nina*

And since I'm here anyway, pimping and plugging 3 out of 5 of my boys' comeback album on various Korean music sites:

Soribada
Daum
Naver
Melon

I don't know if Daum, Naver or Melon requires that you log in for number of listens to count, but I know in Soribada it does. Just log in to be sure ^0^

First date!
Wednesday, October 13, 2010 / 8:59 AM

HEYYY lmao all my finals are done and over with, and so I'm back here again.

Our DS111 finals happened on Monday, and it was also K's birthday celebration :D Last year we had Macky (bahahaha IDK are we on first-name basis now? We just used to call him by a codename) give her a bouquet of flowers, and this year we upped the ante a bit -- we had him take her out on a "date", although it wasn't really a date-date, since almost half the block was there to witness the whole thing, hahahahaha.

LMAO we were following them from behind while we were heading to the restaurant, so half the album was of their backs. But whatever, still didn't down the ~kilig~ factor, hahahaha.

There's a running joke between the block that it's us that's doing the courting for K :))) In this case, it really holds true =))

Now it's officially my sembreak! :D I'm free til Sunday, which is when some of the block and I will be heading to Laguna to celebrate Jona's 18th WOOOOOT! :DD

KPharmacy
Friday, October 8, 2010 / 11:50 PM

Or whatever that pharmacy beside Torre Lorenzo is called. It's so cute, kind of like a hole-in-the-corner shop, but it's a pharmacy. So many Korean foodstuffs, it was heavennnn or more like, 천국, hehe.

So anyway, we had no DS111 and 121 earlier (FML did you know that I went to school at 4pm because they said we'd have classes? 4PM. Everybody else is going home by that time), and so blockmates and I hung around for a bit, because duh, it'd be a total waste of time and money if we went home right away.

OT, but do you know how our (Development Studies Society) tambayan's kind of ~ours~? I'm sorry to sound territorial, but really. It's already labeled. I wish people would just go and sit in their own space. Have you seen us sit in yours? No. So please, just, no. I'd hate to see the tambayan go into shambles or disarray because other people did it; I'd respect it if it were the members that would cause it, but if it were other people, would they? So just, no.

ANYWAY, so that's where we hung out, our tambayan, to pass time, since Miya and I promised Dianne we'd go to their Victory Christian Fellowship...... fellowship, lmao, and we tried to convince a bunch of other people (namely Angerald and Jona) but to no avail. They did not budge. The only one we managed to drag along to the church was Caresse, and Jona only stayed til the eating part =))

It was fun, sort of my thing, since most of the time I sleep during sermons at our church, since it's so long =________=;; but the message earlier was short, and I kind of prefer them to be that way.

It's near DLSU Taft, so we got off at Vito Cruz, ate at Mang Inasal then headed to the church.

I didn't know what to expect, really, since Miya talked about all kinds of stuff beforehand =)))

Anyway it was nice, and we did it for Dianne, since we owed her one -- she lent us notes for our DS111 (mine) and DS121 (Miya's) finals =))

AND NIKKI MADE MY DAY. NIKKI MADE MY DAY WOOOHHHHH! ANG SAYA-SAYA TALAGA, MY IRL OTP LIVES YOU GUYS.

Sem break is here! :D
Wednesday, October 6, 2010 / 5:18 PM

LMAO I still have like, 2 finals left, but I think I can handle them. I hope.

I feel so sembreak-y already I don't give much of a care to the remaining days before the actual break starts =))

So far, I've a couple of subjects that are already ~clear: ECON102 (no finals HUZZAH), DS121, DS127 (SO HAPPEH, YOU'LL SEE WHY IN A FEW), and DS151 (I hope Sir Clavel received our paper lmao).

I still have COMM3 left, because I don't know whether there's going to be a final exam or not, and DS111, because dammit, I only got a 3 in our midterm =))

TA-DAAA~! Presenting the first uno I've gotten in a while, lmao. I was expecting something more of a 1.25 but I was happily surprised when this greeted me as I got my class card earlier :'D

LMAO now I have sth to bribe my mum with, hahahaha. Ma sige na, uno naman ako sa DS127 eh.

REJOICE!
Monday, October 4, 2010 / 9:45 PM

NO ECON102 FINALS FOR ME! Happy happy but.

Ang sama ng loob ko ngayon, tangina lang.

Mirotic pinagkait niyo na sa akin (oo bakit di pa ako nakakaget over doon SO WHAT IT WAS PROLLY THE ONLY CHANCE I WILL EVER GET TO SEE THEM LIVE FUCK THIS BAWLING MY EYES OUT RN DSFGFDSHFDSHFD), pati ba naman ito.

My dignity is no more
Sunday, October 3, 2010 / 8:47 PM

had our PE finals earlier.

Can I just say, after this day, nothing will ever be more humiliating ever again.

Eka, Allan and I had our PE finals in Philippine Games earlier in Diliman.

Halo-halo relay wasn't that bad; just really huff-puff-inducing. Having to hula-hoop 5 times, go over a garter almost as tall as you, go under a garter about 5 inches from the ground, then jump rope 10 times, jump with a sack then answer a bugtong THEN DO IT ALL OVER AGAIN IS NO JOKE. I HAD TO PICK BUGTONGS OVER 6 TIMES.

6 TIMES.

I feel so stupid, but then again I was never really good at those hahahaha.

So we weren't playing again for another... hour? Marian came to ~support us but I was like, nuuuu one more spectator for my fail =))

Eka persuaded (more like forced, but whatever) Marian to bring her car around so Eka could chill. Eventually, we also persuaded Marian to drive us around Diliman for a ~joyride at the back of her truck, lmao.

So yes, if you were at Diliman earlier and happened to see a trio of people singing "Lean on Me" and randomly bursting into laughter and riding the back of a blue pick-up truck, congratulations. That was Eka, Allan and I.

We returned to the soccer field just in time for our second game, Centipede

Oh. My. Gahd.

Here I lose all pride, dignity, etc etc BECAUSE I CAN'T EVEN BEGIN TO DESCRIBE IT.

Like. Yeah.

WHATEVER, MY SECOND TO THE LAST PE IS DONE, ONE MORE TO GO.

And now all I have to worry about is my Comm3 speech tomorrow, and a paper revision in DS151 Kristine R. and I have to submit by 12pm Tuesday afternoon. Lest I forget, DS127 exam by elimination on Wednesday.

*forces smile*

Bright side, I'm hoping I don't have to take finals in DS121, DS111, and Econ102. And I hope Rojo and I get a flat one for our DS151 major. Kahit isang uno lang please.

Early to bed, early to rise
Saturday, October 2, 2010 / 7:27 AM

Unfortunately only the latter part is true, since it's either I stay up late to surf the net or stay up late for school.

Ugh I just want this sem to be over with, atat na atat na akong mag-sem break damn. Oddly it's the majors I find comfort in, not the single fucken remaining GE course :///

We've an interview and a class lined up today, Saturday, and tomorrow is my PE finals. Plus, comm3 extempo speech on Monday.

I JUST WANNA GET IT OVER WITH.

I won't even study for the DS127 exam by elimination thing :)) JK, just in case Sir Ponsi is lurking and might give us tough questions~~
